Sneaky Ingredients in Food

Some labeled ingredients sound harmless but are in fact dangerous to our health. Don't be fooled by these ingredients found on food labels.

Why must companies sneak unhealthy ingredients into packaged foods, trying to trick us by using names that either sound healthy or are so far out that we tend to just ignore them thinking, "meh it's probably fine whatever ifhaldjjkDBjhaFALFS is.."?! 😅

Whether it be to make things tastier or more visually appealing, to preserve the freshness, or to cut down production costs, there are definitely ingredients snuck into foods that aren't the healthiest for us. Some are straight sugar, some are considered to be carcinogenic, or otherwise.

Once you begin to eliminate additives and stick to whole foods, you'll notice your taste buds adjusting, craving fresh foods, with fewer cravings, and other potential benefits like reduced inflammation, less bloat, and more!
