Mediterranean Diet + Benefits of Olive Oil

One of my personal favorite ways to eat is Mediterranean style - fresh seafood, nuts, seeds and healthy fats, fruits, veggies, whole grains... and of course, olive oil.

See below for some of the benefits of eating olive oil, and remember it's best eaten cold, drizzled on your food once it's cooked.

You're better off cooking with avocado oil, coconut oil or grass-fed butter because they can withstand high temperatures whereas olive oil cannot.
