Here are three workouts that will kick your buns!
In this round of the Challenge, there will be three different Training Splits to choose from. Take a look at the exact split and download a workout from each using the links below.
- Full body bodybuilding workouts, especially focused on the legs & booty (DOWNLOAD)
- Functional strength training, including kettlebell stuff (DOWNLOAD)
- Push-Pull-Legs with some hypertrophy, functional and strength (DOWNLOAD)
AND, there are at-home versions inside the challenge! You just need a set of bands & a pair of dumbbells.
