Three Challenge Workouts

 

Here are three workouts that will kick your buns!

In this round of the Challenge, there will be three different Training Splits to choose from. Take a look at the exact split and download a workout from each using the links below.

  1. Full body bodybuilding workouts, especially focused on the legs & booty (DOWNLOAD)
  2. Functional strength training, including kettlebell stuff (DOWNLOAD)
  3. Push-Pull-Legs with some hypertrophy, functional and strength (DOWNLOAD)

 

AND, there are at-home versions inside the challenge! You just need a set of bands & a pair of dumbbells.

PLUS, if this is your second time entering the challenge, you'll be emailed the leg focused Round 2 workouts as a bonus!
