Post Weekend Feeling BLAH & Anti-Inflammatory Guide

So you've had a long weekend of eating and drinking and feel like crap? Here's what you can do and the best foods, supplements, and lifestyle habits to tame inflammation.

It's the 5th of July. The 4th landed on a Tuesday which means that if you're in America, there's a pretty good chance you just had an extra long weekend with five days straight that probably weren't your healthiest days ever.

Drinks, BBQs, more drinks?

If not, good for you! Save this guide for another time while the rest of us suffer.

If that does sound like you, no judgement because same. And keep reading so you know how to finish off your week to feel great and carry some anti-inflammatory habits into the rest of your life.

What you DON'T need to do is:

  • Starve yourself
  • Eat only meat and veggies or anything else that's extreme
  • Exercise extra
  • Any of that nonsense

Instead, remind yourself that after only a couple healthy days, you'll be feeling totally back to normal.

Yes, right now you may feel blah - anxious, bloated, like you've gained 20 lbs, defeated, you get it. But, you haven't gained 20 lbs. You're just inflamed.

All you have to do is simply get back to your usual healthy habits and routine. Don't think extreme. Take a breath, think balance, simplicity, one step at a time with healthy choices, some activity, and voila.

And if you don't have your healthy habits down pat yet, check out this anti-inflammatory guide as a post long weekend saving grace, and a healthy blueprint that you can work from forever.

And take a second to refill your water bottle as step one to flush away the inflammation.

Hope this helps you through your post-long-weekend-blues!
