COACHING TERMS: A coaching relationship between two parties is a relationship whereby the Coach assists the Client in meeting the Client's potential within the areas the coaching relationship is meant to focus on.

Client hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following general provisions:

1. BUILT Nutrition & Training is not a medical doctor or registered dietitian and the Coach is only providing recommendations to Client.

 

2.BUILT Nutrition & Training recommends Client consult a medical doctor before beginning, implementing, or using any of the recommendations provided by Coach.

 

3.BUILT Nutrition & Training cannot and does not offer any guarantees or refunds.

 

4. Client is not authorized to disseminate, share, convey, or transfer any recommendation, either orally or written, provided by Coach without the express written consent of BUILT Nutrition & Training. All content on any website(s), social media pages, groups, profiles, emails, as well as content transmitted with and/or as part of products and/or program and services or through any other channels, online or offline, including any designs, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, audio and video clips, the selection, compilation, collection, assembly, and arrangement thereof are protected under copyright laws of Canada, the USA and other countries.

 

LIABILITY RELEASE: Client hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless, BUILT Nutrition & Training, (including all owners, employees, and affiliates thereof) from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity stemming from this Agreement. Client expressly agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity clause is intended to be as broad and inclusive, and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Client expressly states that Client has no known physical or mental condition(s) that would impair Client’s ability to participate fully in a coaching program. Client has carefully read the foregoing release and indemnification clause and understands the contents thereof.

 

PROGRAM TERM AND FEES: In consideration of the above referenced release, the parties heretofore have agreed to the following coaching program and fee schedule:

Client shall pay BUILT Nutrition & Training $197 USD upon registration. Coach may also agree in a separate, written document to expand the scope of the program and services to include additional items. Such written document may be informal, such as an email and may include additional fees, as applicable.

With a balanced, holistic approach, we implement healthy habits as a lifestyle, preventing the yo-yo weight loss and gain pattern. All you'll need is a band and a pair of dumbbells.

Before you dive into your workouts, you'll be able to watch video explanations of exactly how to follow the program.I explain what a macro is, how to count macros, and how to use this knowledge to eat "flexibly" so that no food is ever completely off limits.

We discuss tips for ordering at restaurants or when you're on-the-go, strategies to increase your water intake throughout the day, and ways to maximize your workouts in only 20-30 minutes daily.

Let's be real, our lives are busy! I've kept every workout to 20-30 minutes!

You can follow me in real-time workout videos, focusing on fat burn and muscle conditioning.

We train at a quicker pace using only a band and 10 lb dumbbells.

If you prefer to go at your own pace, whether you're a beginner or opt to use heavier weights, you can follow the workout in PDF format. This allows you to focus on improving your strength and muscle growth.

Every workout has a corresponding full length video and detailed PDF. The PDF lists the exercises in order to be performed, notes, sets & reps, linked with quick demo videos for over 100 exercises.

I suggest following your workouts both ways - first with me in the video, and then using the PDF the following week - to improve your strength, muscle growth, and fat loss!

 

A MACRO CALCULATOR TO TRACK YOUR CUSTOM MACROS

I've designed a custom macro calculator specific to Let's Be BUILT 2.0. It's an excellent tool that you will have access to throughout your entire fitness journey.

I've done all of the calculations for you, you just simply plug in your gender, age, height, weight and voila!

We recalculate your macros at the end of week three to really push your progress for the second half of your transformation.

 

A MEAL TRACKER TO TRACK YOUR MEALS & MACROS

The Let's Be BUILT 2.0 meal tracker allows you to track your meals and snacks throughout the day, making your macro counting effortless!

Simply select one of the Let's Be BUILT 2.0 recipes, from the list of my commonly eaten and recommended foods, or add some of your favorite foods.

The macros you eat throughout the day are totaled and compared to your remaining macros based on your custom macro calculations.
