About Me
Steph, born and raised in Toronto, Canada, is a former gymnast, boxer, lacrosse player and fitness competitor. Her passion for sports and fitness led her into the Human Kinetics program at the University of Guelph where she obtained a BSc. She further completed both Sports Nutrition and Natural Nutrition certifications, in addition to Brief Coaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training.
After moving to LA in 2013, Steph started BUILT Nutrition & Training. She applies her athletics experience and education to her career as a nutritionist and online training & nutrition coach, helping people achieve their fitness and health goals worldwide.
I'll help you find inner peace and live a more active life.
My method for living a more active and healthy life is simple and easy to follow. It combines everything you need to align the body and the mind for success.
With a stress-free approach, we encourage balance, forgiveness with your choices and a positive mindset to overcome obstacles and build productive habits.

- I love coffee too much to ask you to quit, don't worry. Catch me with a cappuccino as part of my morning routine.
- While I'll encourage you to stretch, I understand that it's way to easy to skip. Why?!
- If there's a chunk of my calendar blocked off... I'm definitely surfing.
- Parker, my puggle aka best friend is always curled up next to me supervising my work, while snoring.
- I spent a full decade dedicating my research time to figuring out every reason someone could have acne because I spend two decades with acne myself. Acne clients are near and dear to my heart.
